Information Technology

Having experienced rapid growth for each of the last three years, Teach For America is laser focused on building a strong organizational infrastructure. Our incredible technology team plays a crucial role in that effort.

Our team is comprised of six functional areas: application development, solutions and delivery, technology operations, user support technologies, enterprise architecture and business operations. We are honored to have some of the largest names in technology as partners, including IBM and Cisco, ensuring we stay current on the latest technologies.

Also, our team leaders are passionate about fostering our development. All team managers partner with their staff to create individualized development plans, allowing us to stretch, grow professionally both within and across the IT team’s various disciplines, and work on projects outside of our expertise.
